What to include

  • The article title and link.
  • The specific statement you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Your suggested correction and links to supporting sources or documents.
  • Your name and a way to contact you with follow-up questions.

New developments

If a case or story has developed since publication, include the date of the new development and a source. This helps distinguish an error in the original article from information that became available later.
